Talented People are hiring on behalf of an industry-leading leasing organisation with exciting growth plans for a Service Order Administrator to join their expanding Contracts Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone detail-focused and organised who enjoys working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service throughout the customer journey. Salary: £26,500 - £28,500 and a quarterly bonus Location: Just outside Bristol About the Role As a Service Order Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers, ensuring all orders are accurate, processed efficiently, and communicated clearly between internal teams and suppliers. Key Responsibilities * Manage and update internal order tracking systems and spreadsheets * Use internal portals for order processing * Check orders for accuracy (finance documents, specifications, pricing) * Set order holds and support communication with the Sales Team * Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on order updates * Chase contract confirmations and resolve queries * Source alternative vehicles where delays occur * Be the main point of contact after the sale About You * Experience in a customer service or administrative role * Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure * Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) * Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone/email-based environment Apply Now If you’re an organised and detail-driven individual looking for a Senior Service Order Administrator role within a growing business, apply today
