Internal Sales Engineer

Visum Recruitment has the pleasure of representing our client, a well-established Distribution Company in their search for an Internal Sales Engineer to join their Bedford branch on a full-time, permanent basis.

As an Internal Sales Engineer, you'll be managing quotes, supporting customers, liaising with suppliers, and working closely with both internal teams and external sales. You’ll bring your sector knowledge, attention to detail, and proactive approach to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Internal Sales Job Overview

• Prepare and manage accurate, timely quotes
• Convert quotes into orders and support order fulfilment
• Communicate directly with customers and suppliers
• Collaborate with external sales and cross-branch teams
• Continuously improve processes and stay sharp with ongoing training

Internal Sales Job Requirements

• Experience in the MRO/distribution industry
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, customer-first attitude

Internal Sales Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 - £35,000
• 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
• 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Company pension scheme
