Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Conversational AI Salary: £124,000-£135,000 base + uncapped commission
Location: London (Remote / Hybrid)
Employment: Full Time, Permanent
We are building a high-performing enterprise sales team for a fast-scaling Conversational AI platform and are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across key enterprise customers. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a focused book of 30–50 enterprise accounts and lead a self-sourced, outbound-driven sales motion. You’ll consult with senior leaders on integrating Agentic AI into their customer success strategies, drive high-value enterprise deals, and influence how global brands deliver customer experiences. Senior Enterprise Account Executive Responsibilities:
Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline targeting enterprise and upper mid-market accounts
Drive new business through outbound prospecting and strong relationship building
Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles (typically 9–12 months) with multiple stakeholders
Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure long-term customer value

Senior Enterprise Account Executive Requirements:
~ 8+ years B2B technology sales experience with 5+ years in enterprise or upper mid-market
~ Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business
~ Structured sales methodology experience (e.g., Strong network, C-level engagement, and negotiation skills
~ Experience selling into retail, e-commerce, or customer experience technology
