Despatch Operative (FLT)

Cubed Talent are working with a leading designer, manufacturer and installer of high speed machinery to both the UK and overseas markets. What's in it for you?: * £29,750 per annum (equivalent to £15.25 per hour) * Fixed term contract * Working hours typically Mon- Thu 7:30am-4:15pm & Fri 7:30-1:00pm, however where necessary, staggered start times from 6am to support the assembly department * 33 days leave * Enhanced pension contributions * Westfield Health cash plan * Non-contractual annual bonus * Free parking * Excellent working culture About the Role: * Booking stock in and out on IT system * Receiving, checking, and locating stock * Picking and issuing stock * General Warehouse duties * Moving stock around the site using FLT (Counterbalance / Articulated FLT) * Conducting quarterly stock taking Skills & Experience Required: * Previous experience of working within a stores or despatch department within the manufacturing/engineering sector * Experience of picking form pick lists * Placing stock into stock locations * Able to use computer systems with training * FLT (Counterbalance and/or Reach) * Experience in locating stock and resolving stock issues * Experience of participating in stock takes A Driving License is required for this position as there will be occasional travel between Shipley and Leeds sites
