About the opportunity:
My client is recruiting for a Site Agent to work on major highway infrastructure schemes in South Oxfordshire.
Supporting the Project Manager, as a Site Agent, you will undertake the management of site engineers and section engineers; compile and review work package plans and daily briefings; attend weekly and monthly site meetings; drive forward construction phases of the project; monitor and report on contractual requirements; manage subcontractors and supplier relationships and ensure all health and safety procedures are being adhered to, to name just a few duties.
About the benefits and rewards:
The successful professional will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 - £65,000 (negotiable depending on experience) plus a £5,000 car allowance, private health care, life assurance cover and 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays).

About the requirements:
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will hold an industry recognised qualification such as a Degree, HND, NVQ or similar in Civil Engineering. You must have experience of working on highway schemes within the UK, and you must have working knowledge of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations and design management. Additionally, a full UK driving license is required.
