We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a growing and well-established IT solutions provider based in Salisbury. This is a hybrid role with a strong local presence. Think on-site visits, networking events, and face-to-face relationship building.
This company is not your average MSP. Their offering goes far beyond day-to-day support. From cyber security and cloud migrations to automation and AI. They are known for helping businesses modernise, secure, and streamline with strategic tech solutions and they are now looking for someone to help them bring that message to new clients.
The role:
You will be focused on new business development, identifying and winning opportunities with SME clients (typically 5–300 users).
* Managing the full sales cycle – from first contact through to signed contract
* Working closely with technical pre-sales and marketing to deliver tailored solutions
* Attending networking events, exhibitions and speaking opportunities
* Leading on tender responses and client proposals
* Earning uncapped commission and being rewarded for your success
What we are looking for:
* Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience in IT, tech, MSP, or professional services
* Confident and credible xwzovoh when engaging with business leaders and decision-makers
* A consultative, value-driven sales style, not a box ticker
* Understanding of modern workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, cloud, cyber security etc.)
* Happy working independently and running your own pipeline – but backed by a supportive and skilled team
* Genuinely curious about technology and how it can solve business problems
