Production Supervisor

Job Title: Production Supervisor / Production Manager Location: Redditch Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our clients team within the manufacturing sector. The Role As a Production Supervisor / Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery. You will play a key role in managing shop floor operations and leading a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
