Mobile Plant Technician Exeter £34,000 – £38,000 + Van + Overtime (OTE £40k – £45k) The Company NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a national business within the plant hire sector, known for its reliable equipment, strong customer base and commitment to engineering excellence. Due to increased demand, they are now looking for a Mobile Plant Technician to cover the Exeter area. The Role This role will involve travelling to customer sites to carry out service, maintenance and repair work on a wide range of plant hire machinery. Key responsibilities include: Diagnosing and repairing faults on plant equipment Servicing machinery including excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, tower lights and trailers Carrying out preventative maintenance and inspections Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime Completing job reports and maintaining accurate records Providing excellent customer service on-site The Candidate The successful candidate will have: Previous experience as a Plant Engineer, Plant Fitter or similar Strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems Experience working on construction or plant hire equipment A full UK driving licence A motivated and professional approach The Package £34,000 – £38,000 basic salary Company van Overtime available (OTE £40k – £45k) Training and development Progression within a growing company Why Apply?
