Job Title: Management Trainee – Construction Location: Brierley Hill Salary: Up to £32,000 + Training & Development Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious graduate to join a well-established and growing construction business as a Management Trainee. This role is designed to provide structured exposure across key departments, helping you identify your strengths and build a long-term career within the construction industry. The Role As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through several core departments, gaining hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the business. Areas of exposure will include: * Buying / Procurement * Technical * Quantity Surveying * Estimating You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to live projects while developing your technical and commercial knowledge.
