Advise on safeguarding, care proceedings, and related legislation. Conduct advocacy in contested proceedings where required. About You Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or FCILEX (with advocacy rights). Have extensive experience in children and families law, ideally within a local authority setting. Demonstrate strong advocacy skills and confidence in court proceedings.
