Restaurant Manager - About the Role: As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the café and restaurant operation, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an outstanding dining experience. You will lead both front-of-house and kitchen teams, drive operational standards, manage stock and staffing, and support the commercial success of the business.
