This role presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an established, busy practice while furthering your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Case Management: Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and Court of Protection cases.Client Interaction: Liaise professionally with clients, providing expert advice and assistance in person and remotely as required.Team Leadership: Supervise team members handling Court of Protection matters and support their professional development.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with external agencies such as the Courts, HMRC, HMLR, Probate Registry, and experts.Document Drafting: Accurately prepare and review legal documents, including Court of Protection applications and estate administration paperwork.Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the private client department by fostering new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.Marketing Contribution: Collaborate with the marketing team to create blog content and engage in other promotional activities.Candidate Profile:We are seeking a motivated individual who combines technical expertise with a proactive attitude.
