Your pay explained £15-£18 (Opportunity to Earn) is based on a competitive rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once up to speed! Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and weboost your income in line with an experienced courierto ensureyou earn at least the daily earnings from your deliveryunit andhelp you get your feet off the ground.
