Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Engineer Bias

We're looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias, to provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance support to our clients.Role Responsibilities:You will be part of a team of multi-skilled technical support staff that ensure that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.You will assist in supervising contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required, being aware of the business continuity plan for the part of the business you work in.You should have strong knowledge and be able to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required in the scope of the contract, ensuring that the day-to-day planned preventative maintenance activities of building maintenance are completed in line with contractual obligations.Required Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have time-served apprenticeships or an equivalent NVQ qualification in Carpentry and/or Joinery.You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg, be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, and work at heights.What's in it for you?You will be part of a team of multi-skilled technical support staff.You will support the delivery of excellent customer service.You will help ensure building maintenance activities are completed in line with contractual obligations.Ref:99952 Posaddress2Warwick Technology Park Location:Warwick Employment:Full time Role Classification:3
