About the role

Were looking for an experienced Events Head Chef One to help oversee quality production, design and lead a variety of bespoke seated and standing events for unique clientele.

The Person
Previous experience as an Events Head or Sous Chef in quality events or hotel events kitchens. Someone who can be trusted to oversee events independently and lead a small, dedicated team.
Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts.
Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP, knowledge of nutrition and specific dietary needs would be desired.
