Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Blairgowrie (driving licence required)
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday & Friday
Hours: Part-time
Contract: Temporary - 5 weeks, potential extension
We are seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Receptionist for a temporary 5‑week assignment at our clients site near Blairgowrie. Due to the exact location, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and managing the reception area
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
Carrying out general administrative duties including filing, data entry and correspondence
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
About You:
Previous receptionist or administrative experience is desirable
Friendly, professional and well-presented
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using basic IT systems (email, Word, Excel)
Reliable and punctualThis role would suit someone looking for short-term part-time work in a professional office environment.
