MEP Design Manager London | 60,000 - 85,000I'm recruiting for an MEP Design Manager to join a growing technical team working on a major new residential development in London.The project is moving into Stage 3 design early next year, so this is a chance to join at a fairly early point and take ownership of the MEP design as the scheme develops.You'll work across the residential elements of the development, coordinating the MEP consultants and ensuring the services design is properly integrated with the wider architectural and structural design.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the MEP design process from Stage 3 onwardsManaging MEP consultants and specialist design teamsCoordinating services design with architectural and structural packagesReviewing design information and ensuring it meets project requirementsSupporting Gateway applications and technical approvalsWorking closely with the wider Technical and Design Management teamsIdentifying design issues and driving them through to resolutionSupporting the project through detailed design and into constructionI'm open to backgrounds across developer, main contractor or consultancy, provided you have strong experience managing MEP design on large-scale residential projects.
