The Training Coordinator position will support the L&D team with the coordination and delivery of training programmes, ensuring sessions are scheduled, materials are prepared, and records are accurately maintained. The role requires strong organisational skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Description
You will be responsible for:
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and programmes across the business
Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of learning activities
Prepare training materials, joining instructions, and logistical arrangements (venues, virtual platforms, equipment)
Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and compliance documentation
Support the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and training portals
Respond to learner and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with reporting on training activity, completion rates, and programme effectiveness
Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team as requiredProfile
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in a training coordination, L&D, or similar administrative role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
High attention to detail and strong record‑keeping abilities
Experience using learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms (desirable)
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
Experience working in a professional services or regulated environment (desirable)Job Offer
