Our Client, Trafford Council, is seeking an Adults Team Manager to join their Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• Lead and manage a neighbourhood-based adult social work team
• Oversee Care Act assessments, care planning, and reviews
• Provide professional supervision, support, and performance management
• Ensure safeguarding duties are met and risks managed effectively
• Maintain quality assurance of casework and decision-making
• Manage resources, workloads, budgets, and service demand
• Work with health, housing, and community partners to deliver integrated care
• Drive strengths-based, person-centred practice and service improvement
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policy, and regulatory standards

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
• Must have minimum of 3 years' experience post qualifying working as a Qualified social worker
