With decades of experience managing prestigious residential and mixed-use developments across the capital, they’re now looking for an experienced Senior Block Manager to join their growing residential team.The Role
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of 300–500 units across prime Central London locations, ensuring properties are well-maintained, compliant, and run to the highest standard for leaseholders and residents.Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of 300–500 units across London, delivering a high standard of client and leaseholder serviceOverseeing service charge budgets, expenditure, and year-end accountsLiaising with leaseholders, freeholders, contractors, and RMC/RTM directorsEnsuring compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and building regulationsCoordinating major works projects (Section 20 consultations) and building maintenanceAttending AGMs and board meetings as requiredSupporting and mentoring junior property managers within the teamAbout YouProven experience as a Block/Property Manager at senior levelStrong knowledge of leasehold legislation (LTA 1985, RICS Code of Practice, etc.)IRPM/AIRPM qualified or working towardsExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsComfortable managing a high-value, prime London portfolioWhat’s on OfferSalary: 52,000Fully office based positionEnhanced employer pension contributionThe opportunity to join a long-established, independent firm with a loyal client base and strong industry reputationHow to Apply:Please get in touch with Violet Kaye at Property Recruitment are specialists in the real estate sector covering block and estate management, Build To Rent, financial services, commercial and facilities management.
