A world-class, 36-cover gastronomic restaurant is seeking an outstanding Restaurant Manager to lead its front-of-house team and deliver exceptional Michelin-level service.
The Role
Lead all FOH operations with precision and calm authority
Deliver warm, intuitive, high-level hospitality
Train, mentor and develop a talented service team
Report directly to the Restaurant Director, working closely with the Sommelier and bar team to champion an exceptional wine and Champagne offering
Uphold the restaurants reputation for refined, world-class dining
About You
Experienced in 1 or 2 Michelin-starred environments
Strong knowledge of wine, Champagne xwzovoh and service standards
Detail-driven, composed and highly professional
A confident leader who thrives in a high-performance setting
