Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide 2:1, 24/7 support for an individual living independently in their own home.

The individual has autism, learning disabilities, is non-verbal, and may display challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care and support at all times Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access Use appropriate methods to support non-verbal communication Manage and respond to challenging behaviours in line with care plans Administer and record medication Work in line with MCA and DoLS guidelines Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team Requirements Experience in autism and/or learning disabilities Understanding of xwzovoh challenging behaviour Knowledge of MCA/DoLS (or willingness to learn) Reliable, patient, and compassionate Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person Required: 6-12 Months UK Care Experience DBS
