About the role

We are looking for a Training Specialist to support the development and delivery of high-quality training programs related to our products and solutions. This role is critical in ensuring that internal teams and clients fully understand and maximize the value of our technologies.

✅ Key requirements

• Degree in Optometry (mandatory)
• Fluent English (professional proficiency level required)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in training as optometrist minimin 5 years of experience.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical learning

What you will do

• Design and deliver training sessions (in-person, online, and webinars) for internal teams and clients.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert in product training at corporate events and client engagements.
• Design, update, and optimize existing training programs and modules, ensuring alignment with product technological and functional evolution.
• Develop new training content for product launches and key updates.
