Fleet Admin Assistant Llaneli Contract £12.84 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced Fleet Admin Assistant This role is to directly assist the Fleet Team Leaders by working within the Workshop Offices in Cillefwr, Glanaman and Trostre providing the following functions. Candidates must have suitable relevant experience in an admin role. A driving license is essential as the role is over multiple sites. 37 hours per week. Answering calls and dealing with drivers dropping off/collecting vehicles. Managing the workshop diary. Creating jobs when vehicles are brought in. Checking defect books on vehicles brought it. Allocating jobs to technicians on the Fleet Management System. Ensuring technicians record their labour hours Scan and upload inspection sheets Assist with ordering parts and taking deliveries.
