We're looking for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor who enjoys building positive relationships, developing people and helping projects achieve successful commercial outcomes. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing business, working closely with clients and colleagues while supporting the continued success of our projects and teams. What You'll Be Doing * Leading and supporting a team of Quantity Surveyors * Working collaboratively with operational and estimating teams * Managing commercial delivery from tender stage through to final account * Supporting cost control, forecasting and financial performance * Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders * Providing clear commercial guidance and reporting * Helping projects achieve successful outcomes safely and efficiently What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, developing others and building strong relationships, alongside: * Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification * Extensive civil engineering experience, ideally within highways or structures * Strong knowledge of NEC contracts * Experience leading and developing commercial teams * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Good commercial awareness and financial management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Full UK driving licence Join Us If you're passionate about supporting teams, delivering successful projects and making a positive impact on the UK's infrastructure network, we'd love to hear from you.
