Salary: Up to £47,000 (DOE) + Benefits
Full Time Position - Office Based
The Opportunity
A well-established and growing freight forwarder is looking to appoint a Sea Freight Export Supervisor to take ownership of a specialist export operation within a niche and expanding market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on operations, team leadership, and process improvement, with clear scope to shape and develop a department.
The Role
You'll initially work closely with senior leadership to understand the operation, customers, and market dynamics. After onboarding, you'll take full ownership of the export function, driving performance, efficiency, and team development.
This is a key role within the business, offering real autonomy and the chance to make a measurable impact.
Job Requirements
Strong experience in sea freight exports (essential)
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role
Confident managing day-to-day operations and team performance
Commercial awareness with an understanding of file profitability
A proactive mindset with a focus on improvement and efficiency
