Now looking for an experienced Lead Design Engineer or Design Manager to join their growing team and take ownership of multi-disciplinary design delivery across a range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Whether your background is in Process, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, this is an opportunity to lead talented engineers, influence project strategy, and play a key role in shaping the next generation of engineering solutions. What You'll Be Doing * Leading multi-disciplinary design teams across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process and ICA disciplines * Managing design delivery, technical quality and project risk * Reviewing calculations, drawings, reports and design documentation * Ensuring compliance with industry standards and CDM regulations * Supporting construction teams and resolving technical queries * Driving innovation, value engineering and continuous improvement * Mentoring and developing engineers within the team * Acting as a key technical contact for clients and stakeholders What We're Looking For We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate: * Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects * Water or wastewater infrastructure design experience * Strong understanding of design risk and CDM responsibilities * Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams * Client-facing experience and stakeholder engagement skills * A track record of delivering innovative or value-engineered solutions Benefits * Salary £70,000 to £80,000 DOE * Annual bonus up to 10% * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Health Cash Plan * Pension scheme * Cycle to Work scheme * Annual salary review * Flexible working hours * Clear opportunities for professional development and career progression This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Lead Engineer, Design Manager, Senior Project Engineer or Technical Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career within a business that genuinely invests in its people, embraces innovation, and is shaping the future of infrastructure design
