We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to join a supportive HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, payroll support, reporting, and employee administration within a busy and collaborative environment.
Duties:
* Providing administrative support to the HR team.
* Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems.
* Producing monthly reports, including headcount and organisational charts.
* Supporting recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and reference checks.
* Preparing HR documentation and employee correspondence.
* Coordinating onboarding processes, induction plans, and new starter administration.
* Managing onboarding and offboarding administration, including leaver communications.
* Supporting monthly payroll administration and pension communications.
* Processing invoices and assisting with ad hoc HR projects.
The ideal candidate:
* Proven HR Administration experience
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to develop a career in HR.
* Works well independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, with a hybrid working pattern of four days in the office and one day working from home. Apply now for immediate consideration!
