Primary Class Teacher - Full-Time

Location:Romford, EssexSalary: £3,250 - £4,500 per monthStart Date: ASAPContract: Full-time

A welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Romford is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Primary Class Teacher to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to take on full classroom responsibility in a supportive environment. You will deliver engaging lessons, promote positive behaviour, and support pupils in achieving strong academic progress. The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Support pupils' academic and personal development
• Work collaboratively with staff and parents

Requirements

Essential

• QTS
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school (ECTs welcome)
• Strong curriculum knowledge and classroom management

Desirable

• Experience in KS1 or KS2
• Knowledge of phonics or targeted interventions
