Assistant Site Manager - 250 Unit Traditional Build We're working with a leading PLC developer to find an Assistant Site Manager to join a brand-new 250-unit traditional build development near Maidstone. This is a fresh scheme in its early stages, offering the chance to get involved from the outset and play a key role in shaping a high-quality residential community. You'll be working closely with an experienced Site Manager, giving you the support and structure needed to develop your skillset while taking on real responsibility day-to-day. There's clear progression on offer here, with a pathway into a Site Manager role as you continue to grow. Key Responsibilities: Assist in delivering a 250-unit traditional build housing development Support the Site Manager in overseeing subcontractors and daily site operations Drive build progress in line with programme and achieve site KPIs Maintain high standards of health & safety and site presentation Ensure compliance with NHBC standards and assist with inspections Monitor quality, snagging, and ensure homes are delivered to a high specification Requirements: Must have Experience working as an Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding Background with a medium to large developer or high-volume housebuilder Strong knowledge of NHBC standards, inspections, and quality processes Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach Salary & Benefits: Up to £55,000 basic salary Competitive package (car allowance, bonus, pension) Clear progression to Site Manager Long-term opportunity on a flagship development This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step onto a larger scheme, gain exposure on a high-volume development, and build a long-term career with a well-established developer.
