Site-based Mechanical Supervisor wanted for an established Welsh M&E contractor with an urgent operational need and a long pipeline of secured work behind it.

We're working with one of the largest privately owned engineering groups in Wales, a family-run business with 30+ years in the market and a reputation built on quality and long-term partnerships. They need a Gas Safe qualified Mechanical Supervisor on the ground now to support live workload across commercial and public-sector sites.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising site-based mechanical installations and maintenance activities
• Running boiler systems and general mechanical plant works on live sites
• Managing subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring H&S compliance throughout

What you'll xwzovoh need:

• Gas Safe qualification, or clearly demonstrable competency
• Solid experience with boiler systems and general mechanical plant
• Site-based supervisory background (commercial or site services, not heavy industrial or offshore)
• Strong supervisory capability and the people skills to run a site properly
