Air Conditioning Engineer - South East Role: Air Conditioning Engineer Location: South East Salary: £51,870 Basic Earnings We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing FM business covering London and the South East. This role would suit engineers based around Hoddesdon, Waltham Abbey, Harlow, Cheshunt, Enfield and surrounding areas, ideally outside the M25. Duties: You'll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs on commercial air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems, AHUs and ventilation equipment. Package * £21.00 per hour (based on 37.5 hour week) * 2 hours paid travel time per day * 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays * Company van, fuel card * 1 in 5 call-out rota * Any call-outs attended paid at enhanced overtime rates Working Hours * Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm * Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm Requirements * Air Conditioning qualification (NVQ Level 2 or 3) * Experience working on commercial AC systems * Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience * Full UK Driving Licence If you are interested, please call Natalie on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
