Line Operator

Role: Line Operator Start Date: Immediate Location: Saxmundham, Suffolk Hours: 40 hours per week (rotating shifts) Pay: From £12.71 per hour Contract: Ongoing We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing business as a Line Operator. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop their skills and progress within a manufacturing environment. As a Line Operator, you'll play a key role in the production process, ensuring machines run efficiently and products meet quality standards. You'll start with core line duties and, over time, gain exposure to other areas of the business, opening up opportunities for progression and increased earnings. This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern: 06:00 - 14:00 14:00 - 22:00Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates. Key Responsibilities: Operating and monitoring production line equipment Packing products and ensuring smooth workflow on the line Carrying out basic quality checks to maintain product standards Accurately recording batch numbers and production data Inputting stock and production information into internal systems Following all company procedures, safety standards, and best practicesPrevious experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is beneficial, but not essential.
