Glasgow Business Services-Accounts Asst c19-23k (DOE) poss ACCA Study assistance

Lochead Sandford Recruitment’s client, a large progressive CA Firm, seeks to recruit an enthusiastic experienced accounts assistant or senior with minimum 1.5 /2 years+ current or recent accounts preparation/general practice experience gained from another UK accountancy firm. This role will either suit  someone qualified by experience  but not studying or indeed a part qualified  individual studying through exams to join this client’s  busy accounts/business services department covering a broad client role.•Accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships & limited companies•Accounts preparation of management accounts (training given if required)•Basic tax compliance and vat returns•Dealing with clients in the office and at out at client premises•Preparation of meaningful notes on client accounts for review•Use of IT Accounts systems such as SageCVs will only be considered from individuals with current or recent UK Practice firm experience.** UK Practice experience essential- interviewing now**In return our client offers an excellent working environment, with ongoing training and possible study assistance for ACCA whilst dealing with a varied range of clients.
