Reference: ORJ921958078_1788342364Banking & Finance Associate - BristolAn exceptional opportunity to join a Top 50 UK law firm and leading Bristol-based practice, highly ranked in the Legal 500, within its award-winning Banking & Finance team.This Tier 1 team advises on a broad range of high-quality domestic and cross-border transactions, acting for lenders, sponsors, borrowers and public sector bodies. You will take ownership of matters from inception through to completion, working across a full spectrum of non-contentious banking work including real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance, corporate and acquisition finance, fund finance, asset-based lending and derivatives.The client base is second to none, including major banks, financial institutions, funds and international corporates across key sectors such as energy & infrastructure, real estate and financial services.
