We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury seafront hotel and restaurant on the Essex coastline for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong CDP looking to work within a quality-led fresh-food operation focused on high standards, seasonal ingredients and professional service.
The venue has an excellent local reputation and offers a varied kitchen environment including restaurant dining, hotel guests and events trade.
The Role Run your own section during service
Prepare and deliver high-quality fresh food
Maintain strong food hygiene and kitchen organisation standards
Support senior chefs and junior team members
Work within a professional and supportive kitchen environment
Contribute to consistency and smooth service delivery
The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
Fresh-food background preferred
Passionate about quality cooking and hospitality
Calm and organised under pressure
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-focused and reliable
Package £35,000 salary
