Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a high-volume, large-capacity venue in London. This is a key leadership role supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy operation with a turnover exceeding £100k+. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both food and bar operations, with experience managing large teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You will be confident in a guest-facing role, bringing an outgoing personality and a hands-on leadership style.
Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager in the overall running of a high-volume, large-capacity venue
Lead, manage, and develop a large front and back of house team
Oversee daily food and bar operations to ensure consistent service standards
Take ownership of private hire and events , ensuring smooth planning and execution
Drive exceptional customer experience and handle guest feedback professionally
Assist with stock control, rotas, compliance, and operational reporting
Act as a visible, hands-on xwzovoh leader on the floor during busy service periods
Ensure all licensing, health & safety, and company procedures are followed
Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members
Hold a Personal Licence (desirable but not essential)
