Job Responsibilities
Source, attract, and shortlist suitable candidates for a range of client vacancies across multiple industries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening applications, conducting interviews, and presenting shortlisted candidates to clients
Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the CRM system
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the agency through proactive networking and outreach
Provide excellent customer service and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service roles is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and candidate sourcing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service
Relevant qualifications or certifications in recruitment or HR are advantageous but not essential
