Private Wealth SolicitorSalary: ExcellentLocation: LeedsOur client is a well regarded and successful Leeds-based firm with an excellent office culture known for being flexible without the need to compromise on the quality of work undertaken for clients.Its Private Wealth team advises clients on a wide variety of matters including estate planning and personal tax advice alongside other non-contentious private-wealth matters. It is now looking to appoint an assured junior solicitor (2-4PQE) to undertake a varied role in its Leeds office. The successful applicant will be expected to take on a broad range of responsibilities including advising on a variety of tax/inheritance tax matters, drafting a full set of documents including wills, powers of attorney, lasting powers of attorneys and those relating to further, complex tax planning for families.Whilst the successful candidate will have between 2-4 PQE behind him/her the firm although our client is more focused on bringing in the right person rather than a particular amount of specific experience.
