Lead Engineer – Composites (SC Clearance) Dorset £46,000+ (DOE) Permanent | Full-Time Please Read Before Applying This is a hands-on engineering leadership role within manufacturing, not a purely design or consultancy position. We are looking for candidates with experience in: * Manufacturing or production engineering * Delivering engineered products into production * Working across design, engineering and shop floor teams Candidates from pure design, consultancy or analysis-only roles are unlikely to be suitable. The Opportunity Broadreach Recruitment is supporting a specialist engineering business in the appointment of a Lead Engineer. This role sits at the centre of engineering delivery — ensuring that designs can be manufactured efficiently, accurately and on time. You will lead small project teams and act as the key link between customers, design and production.
