Team- Retention - Health
Working Pattern -Monday- Friday 09:00-17.30, (1 late till 7pm) Hybrid - 2days per week in our Stockport office after training
Bonus up to an extra £18,000 per annum OTE . Basic salary increase to £28,676 after passing probation.
Holiday allowance-25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each holiday year

Do you know how to deliver an exceptional customer experience?

• You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving agreed targets. You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• You will take inbound calls from our existing customers, answering queries about their product
• Assist with any questions the customer is facing with the aim of retaining their business
• Reminding our customers of the benefits available to them, by promoting the Vitality Programme rewards we offer
• Assist customers with credit control queries such as missed premiums, payment arrangements, direct debit enquiries etc
