We’re looking for a tenacious and ambitious National Account Executive to help drive our growth in the UK grocery channel. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on challenge, loves solving problems, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting and managing key grocery accounts, building strong relationships, and helping to deliver commercial success. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial

environment where ideas turn into action quickly.

  • Develop and grow customer partnerships across key grocery accounts
  • Activate plans that drive volume, visibility, and ROI
  • Own and manage account P&Ls
  • Execute distribution and availability strategies to maximise consumer reach
  • Build customer plans that deliver growth and brand presence
  • Collaborate across teams to support the wider commercial strategy

What You Bring

You’re commercially savvy, solutions-focused, and ready to take ownership. You’re comfortable working independently, love data, and know how to turn insights into action.

  • Experience in UK sales channels, ideally grocery or FMCG
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in Excel
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a “can do” attitude
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
