Air Conditioning Supervisor Location: Peterborough (PE1 5XL) covering surrounding area (up to 1.5-hour radius) Salary: Up to £50,000 We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to join a growing team, managing 5 engineers while supporting the Project Manager. This Air Conditioning Supervisor role offers a clear progression path into a Project Manager position. Overview * 60% office/40% site-based * Mix of maintenance, installs & project work * Industrial HVAC focus (VRV/VRF, AHUs, cold rooms) * 65% AC / 35% refrigeration split * Team of 20-25 staff * The Air Conditioning Supervisor will oversee engineers and support project delivery Requirements * Strong industrial AC/refrigeration background * Experience with VRV/VRF, AHUs or cold rooms * Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred * Suitable for an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor or step-up candidate Benefits * Salary up to £50,000 * Monday-Friday, 40 hours (flexible start, no on-call) * Company van (personal use), phone, tablet, laptop * Tools provided or allowance * 22 days holiday + bank holidays * Christmas shutdown (5 days from allowance) * +1 day per year (up to 3) + birthday off * Monthly bonus (1% salary if revenue target hit) * Strong long-term opportunity for an Air Conditioning Supervisor Get in touch with Jacob form HVAC for more info
