At Bright/Shift, we’re not just looking for an editor to join our team; Fully remote (but you’re more than welcome to join us in whitechapel office - we go there once a week every wednesday and the last friday of every month for a team social) ~ Become a pivotal part of a lean core team, amplified by a diverse network of top-tier freelancers—offering you ample space to grow as we expand. ~ Generous Leave: 25 days off plus bank holidays and birthday off ~ Private health care As our full-time Social Video Architect, you’ll lead our video content creation, editing ads that don’t just stand out - they leap off the screen. You’ll be crafting paid social adverts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. You won’t just be producing content; Working alongside our top-tier team, you’ll leverage insights from past performance to spearhead fresh, innovative ideas that resonate on a whole new level. Additional skills in Photoshop and/or Figma preferred but not required A proven track record in producing content that's not just seen but felt, specifically for the social landscape. An understanding of the unique cultural fabric of each social platform, and how to weave content that fits perfectly within it. A psychological instinct when it comes to video engagement—knowing precisely how to grab and hold attention. Intro to Bright/Shift: TLDR: We dream up, fine-tune, shoot, edit and design creative content… which just so happens to result in really fucking effective ads, landing pages, brand films, social videos and emails. In a world where every piece of content has to fight fiercely for focus, the key to growth lies in impactful content that allows you to become a signal from the noise. We’re like a creative agency but built for 2025. In the fluid world of digital content, adaptability is key. That’s why we assemble creative teams based on the creative challenges at hand, not the other way around. We’re guided by our ROP (return on production) mindset, to maximise content opportunity at every juncture. We only work with 12 partners at any one time, to ensure quality and longevity.
