Damp & Mould Surveyor 📍 Social Housing | 6-Month Contract 💷 £300-£325 per day We are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to join a leading Social Housing Provider on an initial 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking damp, mould and condensation inspections across residential housing stock, identifying root causes, producing detailed reports, and recommending remedial works to ensure homes remain safe, compliant and habitable. Essential Requirements: * Proven experience as a Damp & Mould Surveyor within Social Housing * Strong understanding of building pathology, damp, mould and condensation issues * Experience carrying out property inspections and producing technical reports * Excellent stakeholder and tenant communication skills * Full UK driving licence Contract Details: * Initial 6-month contract * £300-£325 per day * Immediate start available
