Sales Account Manager – Joining Salary up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission – Twyford (Office Based)

Year 1 OTE: £60,000 | Year 2 OTE: £72,000 | Year 3 OTE: £88,000

We’re looking for experienced Sales Account Managers, Account Executives, or Business Development Managers to join a successful and fast-growing business based in Twyford.

You’ll manage warm inbound enquiries , build lasting client relationships, and grow existing accounts — with no cold calling involved. Ideal for those from recruitment, telesales, insurance, estate agency, or mortgage sales backgrounds who thrive in a target-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing inbound enquiries and building strong client relationships
  • Developing and growing existing accounts to maximise revenue
  • Identifying new sales opportunities within existing client bases
  • Working towards sales and margin targets
  • Using KPIs to self-manage performance

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales – telesales, recruitment, insurance, estate agency, mortgage brokering, or telemarketing
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ambition, resilience, and the drive to be a high earner
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
