Residential Property Solicitor – 2–6 PQE

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 (negotiable based on following)

Our client, a well-established and growing law firm based in the heart of London, is seeking a talented Conveyancer (2–6 PQE) to join their busy and respected Residential Property team. The department advises high net worth individuals, investors, and developers on a full range of residential transactions, including prime London properties.

The role:

• Manage a varied caseload of high-value residential sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Advise HNW and UHNW clients on complex property matters with a personal and proactive approach.
• Work closely with referrers, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the department, with scope to develop your own client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–6 years’ post-qualified experience in Residential Property.
• A solid grounding in London or high-value conveyancing.
• Excellent technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• A following or ability to generate work (rewarded with enhanced salary).
