This role sits within EPAM’s Data & Platform Practice and focuses on delivering scalable, client-centric data and AI platform solutions. You will serve as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery while resolving technical challenges. Strong expertise in Databricks is essential, AWS experience is preferred, and knowledge of Tableau and SAP is advantageous. This role offers an opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, lead platform delivery, and drive innovation for data-enabled solutions.Lead and oversee end-to-end data and AI platform delivery, ensuring quality and timely executionAct as the primary liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders to manage expectationsDrive the design and implementation of Databricks-centric platforms and related data productsGuide teams in leveraging AWS storage and compute services for platform optimizationOwn integration with Tableau to enable actionable visualizations for clientsSupport SAP data integration and migration activities as requiredIdentify and remove technical blockers to ensure smooth project executionPromote best practices in platform engineering, DevOps, and cloud operations within delivery teamsConduct regular project reviews and progress updates with client stakeholdersContribute to solution architecture, documentation, and knowledge sharing processesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in platform/data engineering or related rolesExtensive experience with Databricks, with certification considered highly advantageousStrong knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native technologiesProven experience using Tableau for data visualization and reportingAbility to manage client relationships and deliver business-focused solutionsTrack record of leading technical teams and resolving delivery challengesDeep understanding of data engineering principles, ETL processes, and cloud architecturesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsDatabricks certificationAWS certificationFamiliarity with SAP data integrationPrevious consulting experience in the fashion or retail industry
