Wigan / Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week on site) Package: £55,000 OTE (£40,000 basic + uncapped bonus) + benefits Are you a driven sales professional ready to play a key role in business growth? As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work closely with the Head of Business Development to generate new leads, qualify inbound enquiries, and build a robust pipeline of opportunities — all while enjoying a collaborative, supportive team environment. Support webinars, attend networking events, and help build a qualified prospect database. Outbound Sales: Initiate contact via phone, email, and social channels to create intrigue and secure discovery meetings. Inbound Sales: Qualify inbound leads using consultative sales techniques to assess fit and opportunity. Sales Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare bid documentation, and support with reporting and sales follow-up activity.
