Land & Utilities Surveyor

Salary Package: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE), Company Van + Fuel, Specialist Equipment Leggwork is working with a respected Land and Utility survey company delivering across a wide range of nationally important infrastructure projects. With long-term contracts in place across civil engineering, highways and water frameworks, they are now looking to bring in a Senior Topographical Surveyor to support project delivery throughout Greater London and the South/ South East. This is a key role within a growing team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of survey delivery across some of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure schemes. As a Senior Surveyor, you will take a lead role in managing and delivering topographical surveys across major projects. Carrying out high-accuracy Topographical surveys to client specifications Operating Trimble Total Stations and related survey equipment Managing site operations, data capture and reporting Upholding strong standards in safety, data quality and field practices Proven experience in delivering Topographical surveys within civil engineering or infrastructure Proficiency with Trimble Total Station and related software Confident leading site teams and coordinating survey delivery Full UK driving licence (company van provided) Formal survey qualification such as QCF/ProQual Experience working on highways, utilities or large-scale infrastructure projects CSCS or equivalent certification Salary between £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience Company van, fuel card and specialist equipment provided Perks including gym access, private healthcare and ongoing training
